Deposits are typically processed instantly or within 5 minutes during normal banking hours. Delays may occur during public holidays, weekends, or periods of high transaction volume.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved within 24 hours of submission, subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Once approved, funds are transferred to your nominated bank account or e-wallet within 1-3 business days, depending on the payment provider's processing schedule.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "20x wagering" means you must place bets totaling 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted).

Any such determination is final and binding.
Promotional codes or bonus codes provided via email, SMS, affiliate websites, or social media campaigns must be entered at the time of deposit or registration (as specified in the offer) and are valid only for the duration stated in the promotion. Expired codes cannot be redeemed retroactively.
All bets placed on the halo77 platform are governed by the official rules of the respective game or sport. In the case of sports betting, the result as declared by the relevant official governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton) shall be deemed final for settlement purposes, subject to any corrections announced within 72 hours of the event conclusion.

halo77 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, failure of telecommunications infrastructure, cyberattacks, or power outages.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request." Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification. Bonus Funds and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited.
halo77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without notice, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination for breach, halo77 may forfeit any winnings, pending withdrawals, or Bonus Funds in your Account. Real-money deposits (net of any fraudulent or disputed transactions) may be returned at halo77's discretion.
Upon termination of your Account (whether by you or by halo77), you will immediately cease all use of the Services. Any provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which halo77 holds its operating license, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved as follows:
